In such cases, we will not assume liability for the refusal of service by the Service Provider. The customer agrees that any refund for such bookings will be processed by TRAVEEGO subject to receipt of the same from the Service Provider.

The customer further acknowledges that during a pandemic or similar health crisis, there may be frequent changes in guidelines and/or SOPs issued by the Central Government, State Governments, or statutory bodies that must be followed by travellers. The customer agrees to comply with all such guidelines while undertaking any travel. If the customer fails to adhere to the guidelines, resulting in refusal of travel, TRAVEEGO will not be liable, and any refund will be processed as per the Service Provider's terms.
