RESERVATION, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: 

At TRAVEEGO, we strive to provide the best travel experiences for our customers. We understand that plans can change, so we have a flexible cancellation and refund policy in place to accommodate your needs.

RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICY:

• Payment for Flight & Hotel Booking must be made before reservation.

• 5% TCS will be applicable on overseas package tours if the Total Billing amount is INR 7 Lakh or else 20% TCS will be charged over the Final Invoice. Overseas Package Tours is defined as any tour package that offers a visit to a country or countries or territory or territories outside India and includes expenses for travel hotel stay or boarding or lodging or any other expenditure of a similar nature or in relation thereto. To qualify as an ‘Overseas Tour Program Package’, the package should include at least two of the following: 

1. International travel ticket

2. Hotel accommodation (with or without food)/boarding/lodging,

3. Any other expenditure of a similar nature or in relation thereto.

• Confirmation of Tour Package is subject to the Payment of 30% of the total cost post confirmation of the Booking if the Booking is on a Refundable Basis or else Full Payment on a Non-Refundable Basis.

• In the case of a Refundable Booking, the rest to be paid must be made as per the Payment Slab which will be provided after confirmation of the Booking.

• Also, note that all the dues must be cleared 15 days before the commencing of the tours to protect all arrangements on a definite arrival basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 45 Days before the commencement of the tour / Hotel No Retention is applicable

• 30-45 Days before the commencement of the tour / Hotel: 25% of the tour cost will be levied.

• 15-30 days before the commencement of the tour / Hotel: 50% of the tour cost will be levied.

• 7-15 days before the commencement of the tour / Hotel: 75% of the tour cost will be levied.

• 0-07Days before the commencement of the tour /Hotel: 100% of the tour cost will be levied

• No refund is entitled “for no-shows.

• Flight Cancellation will be charged as per the Airlines + INR 100/- per PNR will be charged as a Service Fee for the Flight Portion

• 5% of the Billing Amount (Land Portion) will be charged as a Service Charge if case entire Booking has been cancelled after the Confirmation of the Tour

• NO SERVICE CHARGES will be applied If the same Booking is reinstated for a future date.

• However, Payment will not be refunded back if Booking gets cancelled due to COVID-19 situations or any unsaid circumstances, and a Credit Note will be issued for the same accordingly or else the Guest can postpone their Date and travel again on the requested date with the Supplement Cost if any.

• In regard to Hotel Booking, Cancellation and Refund policy depends on the hotels and resorts where the reservation has been made, and it varies from hotel to hotel and factors such as the seasonality, duration between the date of cancellation and the check-in date, etc.

REFUND POLICY:

• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request and is subject to change as per the policy of the Supplier.

• Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

• Non-Refundable Deposits: Some trips may require non-refundable deposits. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking
